upon ordering this service you will need to provide us with root details to your server, it is reccomended to transmit this email in a secure form and ideally seperate also we will need to capture your server requirements so its often better to contact us before ordering so that we can understand your needs and we can get a server setup for you quicker.

normally your server will be setup within a few hours of ordering when ordered between 9AM and 7PM GMT however in all cases we will contact you to make suitable arrangments and make sure you are happy with the plan.
